The Model 9000 stalk chopper is an excellent tool for chopping stalks and preparing the soil for planting. It comes with two sets of chopping blades, 5 blades per rotor. The blades on the front toolbar are twisted one direction and the blades on the back toolbar are twisted the opposite direction. The stalks are chopped and thrown one direction, then chopped again and thrown back. This machine is designed to go down the row, or work the field at an angle to the row.
