Fill Faster

• With a large 20” loading auger, you can achieve industry leading load capacities of up to 30,000 bu/hr. The 8’ 8” by 8’ 4” hopper is wide enough to eliminate spillage and can easily be filled from either side or from both sides simultaneously.

Perfectly Filled Bags - Every time

• A wide tunnel is designed to distribute grain evenly throughout the whole grain bag by offering more room and less restriction than conventionally designed grain bag loaders. Inside the tunnel, triangle corner gussets are welded onto either side of the tunnel bottom allowing grain to spill over them and towards the center of the bag. This reduces stress on the corners and creates a consistent, ideal bag shape to remove oxygen and protect the grain.

Bag Lifting Made Easy

• Raise the bag effortlessly with a heavy duty 4000-lb capacity electric winch with the tunnel mounted winch control or an available wireless winch remote for hands-free control. Strong parallel lift arms raise the bag lift cradle and tilt the bag 5° downwards in the elevated position allowing the bag to slide smoothly onto the tunnel. After the bag is loaded, the cradle simply folds up and stores inside the tunnel.

Precise Positioning

• Set the bag perfectly into place from either side with the movable ladder or add a second ladder. Hold the grain bag securely in place with an adjustable bungee cord located far back on the tunnel to create a tight seal between the tunnel and the bag pan. The bag pan is wider than the tunnel with long hinges to allow more space for the bag. Both the cord and bag pan can be adjusted for accurate adjustment of the bag with any weight and moisture of grain.
