2018 Enorossi Batrake-High Clearance Carted V Rake Bat 10

BATRAKE has been designed for having a robust and high performance rake. Given that each arm has an independent movement, it is easier for ground adaptation and windrow formation even on uneven terrain. The EASYJOB system with single-acting cylinders for opening and closing the machine allows the operator to handle all working operations directly from the tractors cab. The heavy-built frame and high profile of the BATRAKE give a full 85 cm./34 of ground clearance allowing it to rake in all types of ground contours in heavy hay conditions.

Features may include:

• A = Working width from 16 to 24 ft.

• B = Transport width 9 ft. | C = Transport length from 18 to 22 ft.

• Excellent manoeuvrability behind the tractor. The rake follows the tractor perfectly, easing tight manoeuvres at the end of the field, facilitating access to plots with narrow entrances and giving good stability on slopes. You can handle all working operations directly from drivers cab.

• The mechanical tie rod applied to the lateral frame allows adjusting the tilting of the raking wheels and the working and windrow width, depending on the quantity of the product to be harvested. This operation can be performed directly from the tractor by using the BATIDR hydraulic device available upon request.

• The windrow width adjustment is made by a telescopic frame mechanically operated for easy maneuvering.

• Thanks to the hydraulic cylinders, you can easily pass from transport to working position and vice versa. They are equipped with BATFLEX shock absorbers to adjust the uniform pressure on the ground of all raking wheels during harvesting, so that frame is not stressed.

• Each arm is provided with a torsion spring that can adjust the pressure on the ground for optimal harvesting and windrow preparation in order to ensure uniformity during working.

• This is a standard system in BATRAKE models that allows working with an open side and a closed one for end field operations at the end of the day. It is also very useful for working in small plots of land.

• It can be provided upon request. It ensures the removal of the product in correspondence with the windrow for a better drying fodder, ideal for green grass, not for straw.
