DEPENDABLE OPERATION
Our 980 series corn headers are designed for top harvesting performance in all crop conditions. The stalk rolls have four knives to aggressively pull down stalks of any size, and the deck plates are electronically adjustable from the cab to adapt to changing stalk and cob size.

FOLDING OR RIGID: THE CHOICE IS YOURS
Rigid headers are available in 6-, 8-, 12- and 16-row configurations to enable you to choose just the right size for your fields. Both the rigid and folding versions deliver improved harvesting productivity and reliability.

POINTS
Shorter points better follow ground contours to help protect valuable crop. The islands and dividers are specially constructed to maintain their shape, even in the harshest conditions. Flexible, durable polyethylene construction absorbs impact, keeping valuable ears inside to reduce losses and boost capacity. Built-in adjustment settings ensure optimal performance, and overall point adjustment can be further fine-tuned to achieve specific cutting heights.

FENDERS
The header fenders are designed to improve your profitability by reducing ear loss in standing corn. The powered auger divider is positioned outside the fender, efficiently gathering the stalks to prevent loss. Plus, the concave shape of the fender catches any falling ears and transfers them into the header. 

EFFICIENCY IN DOWN CROPS
The front profile is designed to expose the gathering chains, ensuring all cobs are collected even in down corn conditions and ultimately speeding up harvest. Optional rotary dividers further enhance already smooth crop intake in down crops. 

STALK CHOPPING
Integrated stalk choppers can be fitted for fine chopping and superb spreading. Cutting blades are situated underneath the header, and individual row engagement encourages maximum flexibility for a best-in-class chopping solution.

CORNROWER SYSTEM
The integrated cornrower system delivers a super-fine chop and uniformly dense windrows, free from dirt and stones and containing any lost kernels. The result is a quicker drying stover and up to 15% denser bales.

MAINTENANCE & TRANSPORT
All points fold up easily to simplify routine checks, servicing and cleaning. Dividers and fenders fold up on gas struts for ease of accessibility. Latches hold points securely in a vertical position for optimal safety during road transport. Replaceable wear strips extend the headers’ lifespan.
