Features May Include:
OPERATOR PLATFORM
DESIGNED FOR ALL-DAY COMFORT
- The TK4 Series crawler tractors are built with you in mind. The updated platform features a spacious layout, ergonomic controls, and enhanced visibility to make long days in the field more comfortable and productive. Whether you're working on steep slopes or in specialty crops, a TK4 delivers a smooth experience that helps you stay focused and efficient.
A NEW STYLE WITH PRACTICAL ADVANTAGES
- The new styling of the hood, with its rounded contours and distinctive cat-eye headlights not only brings the new TK4 tractors in line with the rest of New Holland's extensive tractor family, it also improves front and side visibility of the work area.
MORE COMFORT, LESS HEAT
- A new 10 mm (0.39 in.) steel bulkhead separates the operator from the engine, radically reducing the temperature in the footwell area, and new side panels keep dust and hot air at bay - especially important when working on very dry terrain.
OPTIONAL FACTORY CAB (TK4.100 & TK4.100M)
- Step inside the TK4 cab and you get complete protection from the harshest elements so you can work in quiet, air-conditioned or heated comfort as you slip between the rows.
EXCLUSIVE STEERING-O-MATIC™
- There’s no need for a steering wheel with the exclusive, single-lever Steering-O-Matic system, which allows for more legroom and lets you make sharp turns with only one hand, freeing your right hand for implement control. Steering brakes are not needed and the durable wet clutch steering system design is the most advanced in its class.
PERFECT POSITIONING
- All main controls are grouped where they come easily to hand, and the convenient instrument cluster displays critical information at a glance, including fuel level, engine temperature, engine speed and engine hours.
TRACKS
CONFIDENT TRACTION IN EVERY TERRAIN
- TK4 crawler tractors are built to perform where wheeled tractors fall short. Their track system delivers outstanding traction, stability, and flotation—ideal for steep slopes, soft soils, and specialty crop operations. For even greater versatility, the TK4.80F and TK4.100M models feature SmartTrax™ rubber tracks, offering a smoother ride, reduced ground disturbance, and easier maintenance compared to traditional steel tracks. Whether you're navigating orchards, vineyards, or rugged terrain, TK4 tracks help you stay productive and in control.
PROVEN PULLING POWER AND STABILITY
- They deliver increased traction and greater pulling power so you can work confidently on steep slopes and uneven ground, and take on heavier or wider implements to increase your efficiency. A large-diameter pivot shaft connects the track undercarriage to the main tractor chassis, providing maximum track oscillation for constant ground contact and optimum traction.
A LIGHTER FOOTPRINT
- With a low contact pressure of 5 psi (0.34 bar), TK4 tracks reduce root zone damage and increase flotation on wet soil.
DURABLE SMARTTRAX™ RUBBER TRACKS
- You can specify the TK4.80F and the TK4.100M with the exclusive New Holland SmartTrax rubber track system. Not to be confused with other rubber-tracked crawler designs on the market, the SmartTrax system is formed around an extremely robust steel skeleton with a spiral cord-reinforced rubber track. It delivers outstanding traction, lateral grip and a large contact patch to minimize compaction. With a service life in excess of 3,000 hours, SmartTrax is also exceptionally durable.
INTERCHANGEABLE RUBBER AND STEEL TRACKS
- Rubber and steel tracks are interchangeable on the TK4.80F (available with SmartTrax™ rubber tracks from the factory only) and the TK4.100M for added flexibility.
TIGHT TURNING
- By pivoting on a stationary track, your TK4 makes it easy to work in confined areas and make sharp headland turns. It’s an advantage that eliminates the need to "skip" rows when spraying or tilling to significantly reduce both time and fuel.
ENGINE
CLEAN POWER, BUILT FOR PERFORMANCE
- The TK4 Series is powered by advanced FPT Industrial engines that meet Stage V emissions standards, delivering cleaner performance without compromising power. Thanks to HI-eSCR 2 technology, the after-treatment system is fully integrated under the hood—preserving visibility and safety while remaining maintenance-free. Hot components are safely isolated to protect both the operator and surrounding environment.
- The TK4.80V and TK4.80F do not require Diesel Exhaust fluid, making operation simpler and more cost-effective. Whether you're working in orchards, vineyards, or on steep terrain, these engines offer the reliable power and fuel efficiency you need to get the job done.
NEW EXHAUST AFTER-TREATMENT SYSTEM
- To meet the stringent Tier 4A emissions regulations, the TK4 Series engines use a Cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (CEGR) system and a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), strategically housed in the new front axle casting.
EASY-ACCESS AND QUICK STARTS ON COLD MORNINGS
- A convenient flip-up hood allows for easy engine servicing and a grid heater is standard equipment for easy cold starting.
TRANSMISSION
VERSATILITY TO MATCH YOUR WORK
- TK4 crawler tractors offer two transmissions designed for smooth operation and precise control in challenging conditions. The standard 8x8 transmission, featuring carefully selected forward and reverse gears that help maintain consistent traction and performance across varied terrain. For tasks that demand ultra-low speeds—like working in vineyards or orchards—the 16x8 transmission with creeper is available, giving you the flexibility to operate with precision and care. Whether you're climbing slopes or navigating tight rows, TK4 transmissions deliver the dependable control you need to stay productive.
ALL THE RIGHT SPEEDS
- The 8x8 transmission provides speed selection ranges from 1.1 to 7.5 mph (1.8 to 12.1 kph), and includes six gears in the important 1 to 4 mph (1.6 to 6.4 kph) operating range, plus two higher gear speeds for light work or transport. The 16x8 creeper transmission provides a slow .03 mph (.05 kph) speed for low-speed operations.
EXCLUSIVE STEERING-O-MATIC™
- The exclusive, single-lever Steering-O-Matic system replaces a steering wheel for more legroom and allows you to make sharp turns with only one hand, freeing your right hand for implement control. Steering brakes are not needed and the durable wet clutch steering system design is the most advanced in its class.
OPTIONAL STEERING-O-MATIC™ PLUS SYSTEM
- The patented optional Steering-O-Matic Plus system with Full Drive™ gives you one-hand control of steering and the drive system. The one lever incorporates six functions – clutch, neutral, left turn, right turn, left brake, right brake – and is servo assisted to reduce effort. Just push the multi-function lever forward to drive, and left or right for lateral movement. The Full Drive system allows you to brake the track for tighter turns. This quick, accurate steering is ideal for work in high-value crops.
HITCH AND HYDRAULICS
DO MORE WITH DUAL PUMPS
- You get more flow to handle more demanding implements with two hydraulic gear pumps in two separate open-center hydraulic circuits. A high-volume 11.9 gpm (45 Lpm)* implement pump delivers dedicated flow to the three-point lift and remote valve circuits, while a separate 5.8 gpm (22 Lpm)* steering and services pump allows you to maneuver with precision and ease without robbing flow from other hydraulic functions.
- *The TK4.80V and TK4.80F offers a 9.4 gpm (35.5 Lpm) implement pump and a 5.4 gpm (20.4 Lpm) steering pump.
MORE REMOTES FOR MORE FLEXIBILITY
- Three rear remote valves come standard on all TK4 models, with a fourth available on the TK4.100 and TK4.100M. Flow control on the first remote is standard on the TK4.100 and TK4.100M, allowing you to add low-flow hydraulic motors and implements.
RUGGED THREE-POINT HITCH
- Take on the largest implements for maximum productivity with big three-point hitch lift capacity – 7,793 lbs. (3535 kg) on the TK4.80V and TK4.80F Specialty models, and 8,201 lbs. (3720 kg) on the Open Field TK4.100 and TK4.100M.
LIFT-O-MATIC™ PLUS SYSTEM
- Headland turns are made easy with the convenience of the Lift-O-Matic Plus system. One convenient lever allows you to completely raise or lower implements while maintaining position and draft settings. Minor draft adjustments can be made with just a push or a pull of the lever to fine-tune your position.
