180 ton Crawler Crane

Sany SCC1800 crawler crane's maximum lifting capacity is 180 tons, with multifunctional boom system, the crane may support a combination of up to 11 types of operating conditions. The 180 ton crawler tower suits for various business requirements.

Superior Performance

• American and Dongfeng Cummins engines are both available, with rated power of 242kW@2100rpm, the former's maximum torque of 1424Nm@1500rpm and the later 1385Nm@1500rpm.

• The maximum lifting capacity of boom is 1056tm (132t 8m) and the longest boom length is 85m, maximum lifting capacity of luffing jib is (48.7t 14m) and the longest boom + jib is 53m+52m; it can support up to 5 operating conditions.

• Load-sensing system, limit load regulation, and electronic-over-hydraulic proportional micro-speed controls ensure smooth micro-movement and stable operation.

Safety and Reliability

• Switch between the operation and installation modes ensures the safety, and the crane's functions including real-time display of machine levelness, off-line stop, emergency electric control, lightning protection, and closed-circuit monitoring are highly convenient and reliable.

• Sufficient safety margin in structural and mechanical design; the control system runs stably even in extreme cold / hot weather, high altitude and sandy regions.

• The large chassis with a 6m track gauge ensures excellent stability within 360 rotation; powerful traveling traction and smoothness maximize the crawler crane's advantages to the most extent.

High Return & Low Cost

• The transport weight of main machine is 43.5 tons, the transport width is only 3m, and it can be transported around the world without limitation.

• It takes no more than 10min/person to adjust, 30min/person for daily maintenance and 2h/person to repair the machine. GPS remote monitoring system is optional for maintenance and management.

• It complies with the non-road Tier 3 emission standards of Europe and America, meets the certification requirements of Europe, North America, Australia, Russia and China Taiwan.

• The whole machine can be assembled and disassembled by itself, and it takes only 3 hours to assemble the basic machine; the patented synchronic control technology of one-key lifted mast.

• Engine can work under low temperature in extremely cold areas.
