75 ton Crawler Crane

Sany SCC750E crawler tower's maximum lifting capacity of boom is 75t; maximum lifting torque is 71tx4m. For the fixed jib, the maximum lifting torque is 6.7tx22m. The large chassis design of the 75 ton crawler tower ensures excellent machine performance and stability within 360rotation.

• Cummins inline six-cylinder, water-cooled turbo engine; with the rated power of 179kW@2200rpm, the crawler crane delivers powerful force, and complies with Tier 2 emission standard.

• The crane's functions including load sensing, ultimate load regulation and electrohydraulic proportional dead slow control make each motion controlled, smooth and stable. Outmost layer line speed of main and auxiliary lifting winches is 120m/min andthat of luffing winch is 100m/min.

Safety and Reliability

• Switch between two operation modes: working and assembly mode. It features an electronic level gauge, machine-leaving stop action, emergency electrical control, and a complete set of safety and monitoring devices. No need for recalibration, the load moment limiter makes the equipment safer and saves your operating time.

• Substantial safety margin in structural design, load sensitive control hydraulic system, hydraulic key components (pumps, valves, motors, and reducers) and advanced technology of renowned brands ensure the crane's stability and reliability. The control system runs well even in extreme weather and region. The sensor is protected against lightning strike, and the entire machine is closed wired to a waterproof / dust-proof protective grade of up to IP65.

• With telescopic crawler, the maximum transportation width of whole machine is 3.36m, allowing it to be transported freely, thus reduce the transportation costs for you.

• The crawler crane offers you diverse operating conditions with configurations of boom and fixed jib. The free fall winch is optional for main and auxiliary lifting winches.

• It takes no more than 10min/person to adjust, 30min/person for daily maintenance and 2h/person to repair the machine. The complete set of fault self-diagnosis and inquiry system is configured, thus reducing the equipment handling time; GPS remote monitoring system is optional for easy maintenance and management.
